2008-09 BAHA Registration Dates are yet to be determined. Once the dates are determined, the registration steps will be very similar to the 2007-08 registration process. 3 Necessary Steps for BAHA Registration STEP #1 - USA Hockey Registration - All players need to register directly with USA Hockey, via their website. Review "Quick Tips for USA Hockey Website", then use the link below. This will take you directly to their website. This should be done before coming to the BAHA registration dates.
Quick Tips for USA Hockey website - This registration is a $35 non-refundable fee payable with Credit Card. - Select “Ice Players & Coaches” - Users must be 18 to register on-line. When prompted, check the box and continue… - You will be registering for the 2007-08 season. - When prompted, select “Myself, Family Member Under 18, or Non-Family Member Under 18” and continue….
- YOU MUST USE THE LEGAL NAME OF THE PERSON YOU ARE REGISTERING – It must match what is on the skater or coach’s birth certificate. If the person being registered is a Jr. or a III, then that must be entered, also. It would be entered in the last name field after the surname. Do not use nicknames. If your surname has an apostrophe in it, (such as O’Toole) you cannot use that in this registration program. Use a space in place of the apostrophe.
- The birth date MUST match the birth certificate. Double-check this entry.
- When you are finished completing all of the information, read the waiver of liability portion of the registration, accept the waiver, and enter YOUR initials where noted.
- You must print the confirmation of your registration, make two copies, and bring those to the BAHA Registration Dates.
- If you list your e-mail address in the registration process, USA Hockey will send a confirmation e-mail. Please forward this e-mail to baha_registration@comcast.net. This step will allow us to track response and staff accordingly at registration.
STEP #2 - Download, Print, & Complete Forms. The following links will access the 3 necessary forms. All paperwork must be complete. Some documents require player and parent signatures. Once this step is complete go to STEP #3. Registration Forms: (click on Form name)

STEP #3 - Late registration information and payment needs to be mailed to, or dropped off at, the following address. Kendall Electric

( Mark lower right corner of envelope, "BAHA") Kendall Electric is located approximately 1/4 north of Napier Avenue. The building is on the east side of M-139. Full payment will also be due at this time. Players can not be registered by BAHA, until they have completed STEP #1. If your son/daughter has not previously participated in BAHA, a copy of their birth certificate is required. This must be sent with the registration information.
